Shuttle Schedule for Hotels & Inns
We have worked very hard to provide transport to as many guests as possible. For this reason, shuttles will be making multiple stops on the way to Mount Hope Farm and thus will need to leave promptly. Shuttles cannot wait for guests, as this will result in all subsequent parties being late for the wedding ceremony. We appreciate your consideration in being prompt.
Shuttles will also provide transportation back to these inns and hotels at the end of the wedding reception (starting at 10PM). Shuttle will also be available for individuals who attend the after party in Bristol (until 12:45 AM) .
Bristol, RI
Bristol is located just 25 minutes from Providence, Rhode Island. The best way to get to the wedding if you are not local is through the city of Providence and then drive to Bristol, Rhode Island from the Providence airport (TF Green) or Providence Amtrak train station. We highly recommend renting a car so that you can explore all that the Rhode Island has to offer during the weekend. If you prefer, Bristol is a 30 minute Uber/cab away from the Providence Airport and train station.
The ceremony and wedding reception is located at Mount Hope Farm: 250 Metacom Avenue, Bristol, RI 02809. We will provide transportation to/from the wedding if you are staying in the town of Bristol or at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Middletown, RI.

Wedding Day Transportation Information
- If staying at the Marriott or Bristol area inns/motels, shuttles will be provided directly to the ceremony site. See schedule below.
- If you are driving to the farm, shuttles will be provided to transport guests from the parking area at the barn to the ceremony site. In this case, please plan to arrive by 4:15 - 4:30PM latest to be transported to the ceremony site.
Plane The best way to get to Bristol, Rhode Island by plane is to fly into Providence's TF Green Airport and then rent a car at the airport.
Southwest Airlines flies direct to Providence from Baltimore and tickets will become available online on October 27th. Bristol is just 25 minutes from the airport. Or you could take a cab/uber from the airport to your hotel. Another option is to fly into Boston's Logan Airport (1 hour from Bristol, RI) although there is not a good way to get to Bristol using public transit and so renting a car is essential. |
TrainTake a train to Providence's Amtrak Station and rent a car or take an Uber to Bristol (car rentals are available in downtown Providence, but not at the train station).
For example, tickets from New York City to Providence are $48 each way if purchased in advance and it takes 3.5 hours to get to Providence. |
