Welcome Drinks

Time: 8:45 -11:00PM

Where: DeWolf Tavern, 259 Thames Street, Bristol, Rhode Island

Parking: Directly off Thames street in lot marked by blue sign for library parking (next to 282 Thames street). Please say you are attending Belmont/Young event at DeWolf Tavern.

Weather permitting, we'll catch a beautiful sunset on the deck, but dress warmly as the temperature drops in the evening.

Ceremony & Reception: Mt. Hope Farm
250 Metacom Ave, Bristol, RI 02809

The ceremony and reception will all take place at Mt. Hope Farm.

All guests will be shuttled down to Cove Cabin (where the ceremony will be taking place) upon arrival. Please arrive to Mount Hope Farm between 4:15 - 4:30PM latest (if driving) to be transported down to the ceremony site. See below for more details.

Dinner and dancing will take place by the barn.

CEREMONY:
4:15 - 4:30 PM: Arrival at Mount Hope Farm. Shuttles will transport guests from Barn parking site to ceremony site at Cove Cabin.

5:00PM: Ceremony at Cove Cabin at Mount Hope Farm.

*NOTE: Guests will need to take shuttle transport to this site from the barn location, thus arrival is at 4:15 - 4:30PM to barn parking.

COCKTAIL HOUR
5:30 - 6:30PM: Cocktail Hour at Cove Cabin

RECEPTION
7:00 - 11:00PM: Dinner and Dancing at the Barn

AFTER PARTY
For those who want to continue the celebrations, there will be an informal after-party at Judge Roy Bean's Saloon in downtown Bristol.

TRANSPORT
Shuttle transport will occur at specific times from the suggested accommodations on this website (the Middletown Marriott, inns in Bristol, etc.). Please see the transportation page for shuttle times and locations.

Dress: Farm Formal Attire
What does this mean?
Suits for men (or tuxedo if you prefer to look extra snazzy!) and long dresses/cocktail dresses for women, with a festive outdoor spirit in mind! Remember to bring layers in case of May breezes :)

Rhode Island Style Lunch at Colt State Park

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel/inn, sleep in, and then join us for a true Rhode Island- style lunch at yet another one of Bristol's beautiful waterfront destinations, Colt State Park.  

We'll have the Shuckin' Truck serving lobsta rolls and chowdah, along with good company, lawn games, and beautiful views. Its an event not to miss. What better way to cap off an amazing weekend and say goodbye!
